For faculty and staff
College faculty and staff should subscribe to the appropriate listserv below:
For students
Education listserv: This listserv posts “need to know” messages to all College of Education students, both undergraduate and graduate, and is designed to keep all CoE students informed of administrative announcements, pending deadlines, certain significant events, and other critical information. All CoE students are automatically subscribed to this listserv. Students may unsubscribe themselves from this listserv, but students who choose to do so remain responsible for knowing any information distributed over the listserv.
EdLife listserv: This listserv is designed to keep all College of Education students informed of College, University, and community events and meetings, volunteer opportunities, and other useful services. Students are not automatically subscribed to this listserv and are encouraged to do so.
Funding Opportunities: This listserv is designed to help all current, admitted, and prospective College of Education students locate funding for their studies. The listserv posts several different kinds of funding opportunities that are open to College of Education students, including (a) RA/TA and other graduate staff positions, (b) scholarships, grants, and fellowships, and (c) certain part-time employment positions. Other information -- for example, announcements of FAFSA deadlines or reminders of campus web resources -- will also be distributed to the list periodically.
