I teach a series of courses in the College of Education undergraduate program for the Education Studies major, all under the Wellness and Social Emotional Learning specialization, that is focused on teaching skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and positive psychology to help undergraduates manage their emotions and stress productively and effectively.
