Position Description

Looking for a Part-Time Babysitter / Family Helper in Downtown Bellevue

 

Hi! We’re a family who recently moved from New York City to Downtown Bellevue, looking for a warm, responsible college student or part time baby sitter to help with our two kids, ages 4 and 2.

 

Schedule

• Wednesday–Friday

• Around 5:00 PM pickup, then approximately 2 hours after school

• Occasional morning drop-off help would be great

• Potential for additional hours depending on availability

 

Our kids attend Bellevue Montessori School. Pickup is very easy, with convenient parking and a great playground nearby. Our home is less than a 10-minute drive from school (or about a 30-minute walk), and our building has dedicated resident parking and lots of amenities.

 

What we’re looking for

The two most important things are:

 

Playing and engaging with the kids

Ideally preparing simple meals for the kids

 

You do not need to cook for the parents. We’d love someone kind, energetic, dependable, and genuinely comfortable spending time with young children.

 

Mom is a dentist with a busy schedule, and Dad works in corporate and travels frequently. Our kids are sweet, well-behaved, and used to a consistent routine.

 

Pay: Approximately $30-35/hour, depending on experience.

 

We’re open to students/ baby sitter from all backgrounds and fields of study. Prior childcare experience is helpful, but finding someone caring, responsible, and reliable matters most to us.
