Position Description

We are a Bellevue family looking for a responsible, caring, and reliable college student to help primarily with after-school transportation and activities for our 3rd-grade daughter. We also have a younger daughter in Kindergarten, and occasional help with her may be needed.

Schedule:
Approximately 10 guaranteed hours per week, primarily weekday afternoons, from October 2026 through mid-June 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up our daughter from school or home in Bellevue
• Drive her to ice skating and other after-school activities
• Stay at the ice rink during practice (typically 1–1.5 hours) and drive her home afterward
• Occasionally help with our younger daughter or light child-related tasks
• Communicate with us regarding pickups, drop-offs, and schedule changes

During skating practice, you are welcome to study, read, or work on your own schoolwork while waiting at the rink.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is dependable, punctual, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children
• Is a safe and confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Has reliable transportation
• Can make a consistent commitment through mid-June 2027
• Is a non-smoker

Previous childcare experience and references are strongly preferred.

Compensation:
$30/hour + mileage reimbursement
Approximately 10 guaranteed hours/week
