Position Description

Seeking an engaging math tutor for my 14 year old daughter entering high school in the fall.

 

Dx: Autism, dyslexia and dysgraphia. And has an IEP through SPS. 

 

Would benefit from one-on-one support focused on foundational math skills while building confidence. Word problems and the language of math are particular areas of difficulty.

 

Ideal candidates are grad students focusing on SPED or a related field and experience working with students with learning differences is strongly preferred.

Details: One 50 minute session per week

Would need to begin 4pm or later on Mondays, Thursdays or Fridays during the school year.

Compensation: $40 - $50 per session DOE
