Position Description

We are a family of three with no pets and live in Columbia City/Hillman (1 Mile to Columbia City Light Rail Station). Our daughter is a happy, healthy, smiley 6-month-old (corrected) with a feeding tube and a history of respiratory support. She was born prematurely and is doing great now with no ongoing respiratory issues but needs the g-tube for partial feeds and venting. She is a delight to be with and tends to only cry when she is hungry or gassy. We are looking for a long-term nanny with an attention to health & hygiene and consideration of activities outside the home given our daughter's medical history. 

Hours/Start: Flexible on 3-4 Days per Week starting Mon, Mar 30, 2026

Mon, 7:00am-4:00pm
Tue, 7:00am-4:00pm
Wed, 7:00am-4:00pm
Thu, 7:00am-4:00pm

Responsibilities: 

• Provide attentive, loving, baby led, Montessori style care 
• Feeding: Feeding by bottle, g-tube pump/gravity feeding, & venting post feed for gas 
• Infant care: naps, diapering, tummy time, sensory play 
• Daily outdoor time: walks, parks, etc.
• Light child-related cleanup:  toys, running bottle washer, sanitizing, and keeping the environment clean and organized

Candidate Requirements: 

• Strong infant experience (references required)
• CPR & First Aid certified
• G-Tube feeding experience
• Reliable, punctual, communicative
