Position Description

Rosie is creating a new kind of flexible, in-home support for families in Seattle. We’re hiring Rosie Pros — caregivers who provide a mix of childcare and simple home support while choosing their own schedules.

What You’ll Do

Engage kids in age-appropriate, screen-free play

Support snacks and mealtimes

Tidy common areas, load/unload dishwasher

Fold laundry, help with basic organizing

Keep the home calm, safe, and better than before

What We’re Looking For

Warm, reliable, great with kids

Clear communicator via text/email

Comfortable with basic tech

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Willing to complete interview, references, background check, and training
