Position Description
Key responsibilities include:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
Perform Initial and ongoing assessments
Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide in person supervision and training to RBTs
Provide monthly caregiver training
Review and monitor data for progress and adjust interventions accordingly
Maintain accurate record of data and complete progress reports as required by the funding source

Qualifications:
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification
You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and staff.
You have knowledge of HIPPA regulations to safeguard patient information.
