Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with Rich Mind Clubs’ learning goals
- Inspire curiosity, confidence, and creativity in students
- Provide feedback to parents and maintain clear communication
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with our academic and administrative teams to ensure student success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field preferred
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (school, learning center, or private instruction)
- Passion for working with children and helping them grow academically and emotionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm
