Professional Background:
Moore brings a background in K-12 teaching, youth development, and public policy analysis to his work as Assistant Director of the Master's in Education Policy program. He previously taught in the District of Columbia Public Schools and managed counselors at the Golden State YMCA. Moore has contributed to Washington education policy initiatives inlcuding early development work surrounding King County Executive Dow Constantine's "Best Starts for Kids Levy" and conducted policy research and analysis for a grassroots special needs coalition as a Project Manager at Seneca Family of Agencies.
