Graduate Nonmatriculated Status (GNM)
Academic credits will be earned for participation in this program; these credits may be applied to a matriculated degree program. Because policies vary, it is recommended to check with your intended degree program before registering for a credit course to make sure the credits will apply. To earn credit that may be later applied toward a graduate degree at the University of Washington, please apply for graduate nonmatriculated status before registering for the Native Education Certificate Program courses.
We are currently accepting applications and will be reviewing them in the order they are received. Applications will be accepted until the program closes or is full.
All applicants will be contacted following the review process to confirm acceptance in the program, or details of next steps for placement on the wait list.
If accepted, welcoming details will be sent about the course and information on paying the course fee, due four weeks before the first class.
