Giving targeted feedback is a powerful skill and an important support for helping teachers grow their practice throughout a school year. This kind of professional support serves to give immediate feedback to teachers in relation to a specific learning goal or area of focus they choose.
Over the course of two days during this UW Center for Educational Leadership institute, school teams will work on developing three specific skills that will support them in giving effective feedback to their teachers. They will create a plan for how to implement feedback systems in their school.
