Tammy Jez comes to UW College of Education as curriculum coordinator for the Office of Student Services with a strong background in project management, program administration, curriculum planning, and data collection and analysis. She recently completed graduate work at Seattle University, where she worked in the College of Nursing for more than three years, and prior to that held positions at the University of North Carolina and Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.     

In her role with the College of Education, Jez will support and coordinate the work of academic course planning in the graduate, undergraduate and professional programs, working with faculty and leadership to develop, implement and coordinate the academic course planning process in the College, liaising with staff inside and outside of the College.

She will play a key role in resolving curricular issues by analyzing course offerings and making recommendations to the assistant and associate deans. In addition, Jez will advise and support the work of the faculty Academic Programs and Initiatives Committee related to course and program approvals/revisions.
