Securing funding and finding internship opportunities can be challenging in the College of Education. Hear about resources that are available to you and from current international students who have searched and secured funding.

In this session, we will talk about the mission of our College of Education and the issues our students and faculty do through research and discussions

2:00 - 2:25       Building communities: a personal story
A student shares their experience creating a community within the College of Education as an international student

In addition to this orientation, new incoming, international students are highly encouraged to attend other events sponsored by the College of Education, such as All New Graduate Student Orientation and the New Student Reception. International Students are also highly encouraged to attend the events hosted by University of Washington's FIUTS organization where you will connect with other international students, and receive several resources at the university.
