Position Description: 
The Site Manager Internship is a paid, full-time, contract position managing the operations for our summer camps. Site Managers receive thorough training and the opportunity to gain experience & build skills in: ● Operations & Management: Learn how to effectively oversee camp operations at your site. ● Client Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with caregivers. ● Mentorship: Mentor instructors on communication and teaching skills and provide regular feedback. ● Leadership: Build a strong team and demonstrate positive camp culture. ● Instruction: Gain experience with lesson-planning and class management while inspiring kids to believe in themselves — there is no feeling like it! What you'd be responsible for ● Camp Operations - Ensure program delivery and safety standards are maintained. ● Administration/Employee Relations - Schedule and manage camp supervisors, instructors, and volunteers and record/enter payroll hours. ● Customer Service - Engage with parents and children on site and deal with any complaints that arise. Job Requirements ● Experience managing, coaching, or supervising youths. ● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic. ● A leader that supports their team through mentorship, motivation, and hands-on leadership. ● Hold or willing to obtain a current first aid certificate. ● You have access to a bike and helmet and can ride a bike proficiently.
