Position Description: 
The University of Washington - Seattle Allen School Undergraduate Diversity & Access team is hiring a full-time Startup Program Academic Adviser! This is a great position for someone who is interested in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access work and who is also interested in being in a highly student-facing role! The UW Allen School Startup Program is a one-year cohort-based program for emerging leaders from first-generation, low-income and underserved communities from Washington State who are pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. The person in this role will advise and provide programmatic support for 45 students (and growing) throughout their first-year at the University of Washington and Allen School during their time in the Startup Program.
