e are seeking a dedicated and energetic childhood professional to fill an afterschool lead-guide position in our after-school care program. We are a mostly outdoor, nature-based program which implements a nature-based, emergent curriculum. Most of the work with children will take place outdoors, exploring parks, and other green spaces. This position works closely with the site supervisor and other lead in the afterschool class to plan and implement an engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum for a group of children (kindergarten - 5th grade). "on site" hours are 2:00-6:00 with additional flexible hours allocated to prep and planning. This position is available at 2-5 days per week, depending on a candidate’s scheduling needs
