Position Description:
We are currently seeking therapists who are available for weekday clinical sessions (9am-12pm and/or 12pm-3pm and/or 3pm-6pm).
In this role, you will:
-Receive an initial 40-hour ABA training and weekly supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
-Receive training and ongoing support in various ABA-treatment models such as discrete trial teaching, Early Start Denver Model, and pivotal response training
-Provide 1:1 service to children with autism in the home, school, and/or community setting
-Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
-Record data and document clinical notes
-Support clients in various developmental areas, including social-communication, language, play, motor, cognitive, and independent living skills
Qualifications:
-Direct experience working with children (required)
-High school diploma (required)
-Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)
-Reliable transportation (Uber/Lyft/Public transportation do NOT count as reliable transportation)
-Ability to work in a variety of environments: home, school, and clinic settings
