Position Description: 
The ESIT Evaluator position is part of the DCYF Office of Innovation, Alignment, and Accountability (OIAA)’s Evaluation Team, which is part of the larger OIAA Evaluation and Research Team. The ESIT Evaluator will conduct and manage research to evaluate outcomes related to the Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) program. ESIT utilizes everyday learning opportunities to build on family strengths by providing coordination, supports, resources, and services to enhance the development of children with developmental delays and disabilities. One of ESIT’s guiding principles is that early intervention practices must be based on the best available current evidence and research. The ESIT Evaluator will plan, manage, and conduct research to assess the extent to which ESIT meets its identified objectives, monitor the implementation of its State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) activities, and evaluate the effects of SSIP interventions on program outcomes
