Position Description:
This position is an integral member of the Wildflowers teaching team acting as the support, supervisor, and mentor for the teachers in our organization. The primary responsibilities are mentorship and management of our team of educators and program support which includes our preschool program, after-school program, and family nature-play classes. This position is a 30-40 hour per week role, mostly on-site with flexibility. $22-24/hr.
