November 19 — Deep Dive: Dream Project’s Admissions Workshop

Dream Project mentors guide you to see 1,000 high school seniors working to prepare their college applications perfecting their personal statements, filling out FAFSA forms, and completing any other steps they need.

November 29 — Deep Dive: Elementary Education Literacy Teaching Methods

Observe Professor Sheila Valencia work with students in our elementary teacher education program to teach reading skills at White Center Heights Elementary.

December 5-- Education & Society Film Series & Panel Discussion

Join UW College of Education's Master's in Education Policy program this Fall for three documentary movie screenings and accompanying panel discussions on Education and Society. I Learn America, The Homestretch, and Starving the Beast will be shown, each followed by a panel discussion with local educators, advocates and policymakers.
