In an effort to recruit and retain students of color and students from other underrepresented groups, Diversity Ambassadors, a corps of current Education graduate student volunteers, assist current students at the UW COE and prospective students who are considering academic studies at the College of Education. Our ambassadors look forward to sharing their perspectives about the different areas and degrees in the College of Education, student opportunities, experiences and resources, and living in Seattle.
Diversity Ambassadors are happy to answer your questions or steer you to other College of Education or campus resources. This year we have a fabulous team of DAs who you can meet here.
If you are interested in becoming a member of this wonderful and diverse DA community, please contact us.
Allies and Advocates
The OSDI staff is here to support all diverse student populations and their allies (students of color, international students, LGBTQ, 1st generation graduate students, parents, etc).
