Academic, Other VOPNI SCHOLARSHIP The "number, amount, and recipients of the scholarship will be determined by the members of the Zeta Chapter of Pi Lambda Theta, according to criteria and procedures established by the Chapter from time to time. Determination shall be annual...". "If no written determination is received by [January 15]" the scholarship is "to be awarded at the discretion of the College of Education to a recipient who a) is a student in the teacher education program of the College of Education at the University of Washington, b) has earned a cumulative grade-point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, and c)intends to teach mathematics or science". Academic, Financial Sirotnik Fellowship To provide assistance to graduate students in the College of Education who use the disciplines of history and philosophy to address issues of equity and social justice in education and has potential for contributions to knowledge and understanding of equity and social justice in education and the moral and ethical dimensions of educational leadership. Other School Psychology To provide financial assistance to graduate and/or Ph.D. students in the University of Washington College of Education School Psychology program. If no appropriate School Psychology candidate is identified in a given year, distributions shall be held and accumulated until such a student is identified.
